• Service providers: We use trusted third parties such as Firebase (Google) for database and authentication, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data only on our behalf.

• Business transfers: If Spark is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it longer by law (for example, payment records for tax compliance).

Some data — such as reports of policy violations — may be retained for up to 7 years to protect the safety of our community.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase Security Rules to restrict database access, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure. You use the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Minors
