Refund Policy

Overview

Spark Premium is a monthly subscription service billed at $9.99 per month. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms described below. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Spark Premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Premium features until that date, and you will not be charged for the next period.

Cancellation must be completed before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in the current billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

• You forgot to cancel before the renewal date
• You no longer wish to use the Platform after the 7-day guarantee window
• Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
• You used the 7-day guarantee on a prior subscription

We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email safety@smartsparks.app with:

• The email address associated with your Spark account
• The date of the charge
• The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
